External Pricing: Full Day £80, Half Day £50, Per Hour £16.
Internal Pricing: Full Day £65, Half Day £40, Per Hour £12.
Meeting Room (G34) – Capacity: 35 (depending on layout)
External Pricing: Full Day £125, Half Day £75, Per Hour £23.
Internal Pricing: Full Day £85, Half Day £50, Per Hour £15.
Conference Room (G33) – Capacity up to 70 (depending on layout)
External Pricing: Full Day £300, Half Day £200, Per Hour £60.
Internal Pricing: Full Day £200, Half Day £115, Per Hour £35.
- All charges are exclusive of VAT
- Up to 4 hours will be charged as half a day and over 4 hours will be charged as full day
- Prices include use of video conferencing equipment and internet access.
- Registered charities will receive our discounted ‘Internal’ rates.
- 24 hour’s notice is required for cancellations or charges will apply.
- In the event of a cancellation, any pre-booked catering will be your responsibility
Please note: on-site parking at One Trinity Green is limited however there is a large public car park to the side of the building which is free of charge. Car sharing is also encouraged where possible.
