ITC Service Celebrates 20 Year Milestone

ITC Service is celebrating a major milestone this year. The Hebburn based managed service provider marks its 20th anniversary – two decades of supporting businesses with trusted technology, exceptional service, and a commitment to doing things the right way.

What began as a small, ambitious startup has grown into one of the region’s most respected managed service providers, seeing ITC Service grow steadily by putting people, performance, and partnership first.

Today, the company serves more than 500 clients, continues to expand into new sectors, and remains dedicated to delivering industry leading expertise with a personal touch. This anniversary also comes at a defining moment in the company’s journey.

Following significant investment from growth capital investor BGF, ITC Service has accelerated its long-term‑ strategy – expanding its team, enhancing its technology stack, and embarking on an exciting acquisition path to support businesses far beyond its North East roots whilst building on the strong foundations laid over the last twenty years.

Founder and Director Christopher Potts reflects on the milestone and the momentum ahead:

“Celebrating 20 years is an incredibly proud moment for everyone at ITC Service. We’ve built this business on integrity, trust, communication and commitment to deliver excellent service – values that have guided us every step of the way.

“With the support of BGF, we’re now accelerating our growth, exploring acquisitions, and extending our reach to help even more organisations benefit from brilliant service and world class technology solutions.

We’re constantly looking to the future, and we’re excited to see what the next 20 years hold.”

The investment has already unlocked new opportunities, including the creation of key roles across the business and the addition of fresh expertise at board level.

This strengthened leadership and increased capability provide the foundation for the next phase of ITC Service’s journey: strategic acquisitions that complement its offering, broaden its geographic footprint, and reinforce its position as a trusted leader in managed IT services.

As ITC Service enters its next decade, its mission remains unchanged – to empower an awesome company culture, to consistently deliver client success, through the power of technology.
