Members of the Better Health at Work Award can apply to attend this course free of charge.
This two-day awareness course focuses on Neurodiversity in the Workplace and its significance for trade unions and employers. It offers participants the chance to explore why neurodiversity is a crucial issue in today’s working environments, particularly from a trade union perspective. Attendees will be encouraged to share ideas, exchange best practices, and learn about workplace initiatives that support neurodiverse individuals. The course also highlights the support and guidance available through trade union organisations.

NB. Places are limited so we will be allocating 1 place per workplace in the first instance, then opening up to additional staff if there are spaces available. This course/qualification would normally cost in excess of £250* per delegate so this is a great offer provided through BHAWA membership, so please only register for this course if you can attend and commit to both days.
