A South Tyneside based utilities procurement business has announced a new partnership to support clients in the property and real estate industry.
Consultiv Utilities, one of the UK’s leading energy specialists based in Hebburn, has teamed up with fellow North East-based company, Vigeo Property Hub, to help organisations manage their utilities more effectively.
Vigeo Property Hub provides professional advice to property buyers, investors, developers and landlords to guide them on their property journey, expand and develop their portfolio, find new investment opportunities, deliver project management and manage costs.
As a result of this new partnership, the two like-minded organisations are working together through national networking events to educate the property sector in the reduction of costs, management of overheads and adherence to environmental responsibilities.
