A South Tyneside based utilities procurement business has announced a new partnership to support clients in the property and real estate industry.
Consultiv Utilities, one of the UK’s leading energy specialists based in Hebburn, has teamed up with fellow North East-based company, Vigeo Property Hub, to help organisations manage their utilities more effectively.
Vigeo Property Hub provides professional advice to property buyers, investors, developers and landlords to guide them on their property journey, expand and develop their portfolio, find new investment opportunities, deliver project management and manage costs.
As a result of this new partnership, the two like-minded organisations are working together through national networking events to educate the property sector in the reduction of costs, management of overheads and adherence to environmental responsibilities. This includes optimised energy management, improved EPC ratings and the delivery of carbon net zero strategies.
Speaking on the partnership, Consultiv Utilities’ Partnership Engagement Manager, Mark Boyce, comments:
“The property sector ranges from low-use to energy-intensive properties, so securing competitive contracts and taking steps to make efficiency savings is critical for profitability, long-term sustainability and marketability. We’re excited to be able to play a role in supporting Vigeo’s clients to manage their overheads and minimise their carbon emissions.”

Vigeo Property Hub Managing Director, Debbie Dorans, adds:
“We’re delighted to partner with Consultiv Utilities to ensure our clients receive competitive utility rates, supported by expert guidance and continuous, reliable service.
“Environmental responsibility and sustainability are also important to our clients, and we are thrilled to have the expertise of the team at Consultiv Utilities on hand to provide guidance and advice, as well as competitive quotations.”
