In May 2016 Caroline O’Grady and Stacey Coote launched legal spend management company Coote O’Grady™ and set about reducing external law firm spend for a wide range of clients across the globe. Having manged billions in external legal spend they built a strong reputation for achieving real and sustainable savings. More recently the company has made significant investment in digital solutions and with this they decided to rebrand to COG Legal to better reflect their position in the legal technology and legal operations marketplace.
Co-CEO Caroline O’Grady said about the rebrand,
