Due to growth, national logistics specialists in e-fulfilment, mail and parcels, Whistl Group, has signed to let two new properties in South Tyneside.
Commercial property consultancy, Naylors Gavin Black, has brokered deals to let Units 1 & 2 at The Bulrushes in Boldon Business Park, on behalf of the landlord who is a private investor. Savills acted for Whistl Group.
Whistl Group, headquartered in Marlow, is a £770m+ revenue company that handles over 3.6bn items a year and provides services in the UK and internationally.
The Bulrushes properties comprise 10,000 sq. ft. of modern office space which Whistl will use to relocate its North East based contact services team from its existing location in Gateshead. This will be the Group’s second location in the region which also operates from Follingsby Park in Washington.

Naylors Gavin Black has also just completed a letting of the ground floor of Unit 3 to construction and engineering business, NG Bailey. Three neighbouring office units are available to let, ranging from 2,765 sq. ft. to 6,465 sq. ft.
