Building a Stronger South Tyneside Together
There are today more people of working-age who are economically inactive for reasons of ill-health and disability than ever before.
Employers already have members of their workforce who are living and working with health conditions.
By hiring and retaining individuals from underrepresented groups employers can unlock significant benefits.
Claire Cook, South Tyneside Council’s Business Employment Support Officer, can offer tailored support to help local employers attract and retain the right staff. Claire will be delivering two free, practical workshops for businesses in South Tyneside, offering practical information and guidance to support local businesses to recruit well, attract and retain staff.
Smart Recruitment for South Tyneside Employers
