South Tyneside-based engineering, technical and scientific recruitment specialist, CDS Recruitment is celebrating 10 years in business this month.
Established in 2009 by Chris Sultman, CDS Recruitment offers executive search, contingent permanent and contract recruitment, recruitment process outsourcing and training services.
Over the past decade CDS Recruitment has enjoyed great success, with year on year organic growth, and doubling the size of its turnover and team within the last 5 years. The company
has also developed an impressive client base, which includes SMEs, national corporate and international blue-chip organisations and grown its team to nine industry experts who have been carefully selected due to their expertise and knowledge in the specialist areas CDS Recruitment operates in.
In line with its milestone year, CDS Recruitment recently opened its second office in Hertfordshire to help further strengthen its position within key sectors including manufacturing, engineering, chemical, oil and gas and renewable. In addition, the company is in the process of recruiting for its training division to further strengthen its team. It is also developing an inhouse training and apprenticeship scheme with the aim of training and nurturing the next generation of recruitment consultants inline with its strategic growth plans for the future.
A member of the Recruitment Employment Confederation (REC), CDS Recruitment acts as a trusted recruitment partner. The company has developed an excellent reputation for providing high-calibre candidates that meet their clients’ business needs and company culture. As a result of this, it has increased its number of national agreements with blue-chip organisations and SME clients to act as its sole recruitment partner and is now actively recruiting in Europe.
