Northern Rights is a social enterprise based in South Tyneside, dedicated to supporting disadvantaged individuals from diverse backgrounds who face barriers to achieving and sustaining employment.
We work closely with people who may have experienced long-term unemployment, health challenges, or other disadvantages, helping them to build confidence, develop skills, and progress towards meaningful and sustainable work.
Our experienced and highly skilled team pride themselves on their strong understanding of the local communities we serve. We provide a holistic, person-centred range of services all under one roof, including:

• Personal development and confidence building
Our support extends not only to residents but also to local employers across South Tyneside. We have a dedicated team of Occupational Therapists who work with both employers and employees to remove workplace barriers, promote wellbeing, and support individuals to remain in employment.
