First Aid and Safety Training is a South Shields based training provider delivering high-quality, Ofqual-regulated first aid and health and safety training to businesses, organisations and community groups across South Tyneside and the wider North East of England.
Our mission is simple. We equip people with the confidence, skills and knowledge to save lives, whether in the workplace, education settings or local community. We believe first aid is not just a legal requirement, but an essential life skill that protects employees, customers and families.
We specialise in onsite first aid training for businesses, delivering training directly at the client’s workplace to reduce disruption and ensure courses are relevant to real working environments. Our most popular courses include Emergency First Aid at Work, First Aid at Work, Paediatric First Aid that is EYFS and HSE compliant, Basic Life Support and CPR, defibrillator training, and a wide range of health and safety and compliance courses.
All training is delivered by Adam in a professional way, using a range of teaching methods to make the training fun, enjoybale, practical, engaging. Focused on building genuine confidence rather than simply meeting minimum requirements.
Alongside onsite workplace training, we also run open courses in South Shields, Sunderland, Durham and Gateshead. We additionally provide access to a wide range of online health and safety courses to support ongoing compliance and staff development.
