The Family Information Service (FIS) provides free, impartial information and advice on a variety of services for children and young people (birth to 18 years or 25 years old for people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), parents and families.

•Eligibility checks for Early Years funding entitlements
•Clubs and activities for families and young people
•Wraparound provision in the local area
•Services and support for children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)
•Family Hub programmes and activities
•Signposting to other relevant information about family life, such as schools and education services, benefits and community groups
