Crossing Paths CIC is a community-focused social enterprise based in South Tyneside, delivering real-world learning programmes that build confidence, purpose and employability.
We work with young people, adults re-entering work, and emerging leaders through hands-on experiences with local businesses, community organisations and civic partners. Our programmes focus on inclusion, lived experience and practical skill-building — helping people who may face barriers to employment or progression find clear next steps.
Crossing Paths delivers accredited personal development and leadership programmes, work-related learning, employer engagement, mentoring, confidence-building activities and facilitated conversations that connect education, employers and communities. We support schools, employers and partners to create meaningful, human experiences that go beyond theory and help people feel they belong before they progress.
