Big Local Jarrow is a community-focused organisation dedicated to improving health, wellbeing, social inclusion and community resilience across South Tyneside.
We are developing a community café and wellbeing hub, where we will provide affordable food and refreshments, health and wellbeing activities, social support services, community engagement programmes, volunteering opportunities, training and employability support.
Our mission is to create a safe, inclusive space where residents of all ages can connect, reduce isolation, access support and improve their quality of life.
By bringing together community development, wellbeing services, local partnerships and inclusive activities under one roof, we aim to strengthen community connections, support personal growth and help make South Tyneside a healthier, more vibrant place to live and thrive.
