PRS Inclusion & Training Services provides inclusive, community-based support and training that helps people build confidence, develop skills, and move towards more independent, fulfilling lives.
Guided by our values People First, Real Outcomes, Social Value, we support adults who face barriers to participation, including people with disabilities, learning difficulties, long-term unemployment, low confidence, or social isolation.
Our Community Access Network (CAN) helps people reconnect with their communities, build independence, and improve wellbeing through flexible, person-centred support. CAN Plus builds on this by offering supported volunteering opportunities, helping individuals gain experience, confidence, and meaningful roles within their communities. CAN and CAN Plus are funded through individual Adult Social Care budgets.
Alongside this, PRS Training provides fully supported, community-based learning for adults who need a flexible and encouraging first step into education or work. Courses focus on building confidence, practical skills, and positive routines through both accredited (exam-free) and non-accredited learning in areas such as English, Maths, Independent Living and Employability. PRS Training is fully funded (subject to eligibility) through recognised Adult Skills and Tailored Learning funding streams.
Working closely with local authorities, community organisations, care providers, and employment partners, PRS creates inclusive pathways that support people to progress into volunteering, further learning, employment, and active participation in their communities.
If you’re looking for inclusive, supportive provision that delivers real outcomes, PRS is here to help.
