SUMMARY:What's Really Keeping Your Business Running? - Webinar
DESCRIPTION:How to map your digital operations\, reduce risk\, and build a more resilient business. \n\n\n\nMost small businesses grow their digital setup piece by piece\, a tool here\, an account there\, a process that only one person knows how to do. It works\, but very few owners could clearly explain everything their business depends on to keep running day to day. That gap is where the risk sits. This practical session helps owners and managers step back and build a clear picture of how their business actually operates digitally. Just as importantly\, we will look at why this matters\, how having that picture makes a business more resilient\, easier to run\, simpler to hand over or grow\, and far better protected when something unexpected happens. You’ll leave with a clearer view of their own digital operations and a sense of the few practical steps that will make the business steadier and more resilient. \n\n\n\nWhat’s On?\n\n\n\n\nGet a clearer view of your digital operations.\n\n\n\nLearn practical steps that make your business more resilient.\n\n\n\nCome away with simple frameworks and templates to use right away.\n\n\n\nUnderstand where your weak points are and how to change them.\n\n\n\nAsk questions and speak with our digital experts.\n\n\n\n\nAbout Digital Pathfinders\n\n\n\nThis fully funded workshop is part of the Digital Pathfinders programme\, supported by the North East Combined Authority. Attendance is exclusive to SMEs\, charities\, and social enterprises registered or trading in County Durham\, Gateshead\, Newcastle\, North Tyneside\, Northumberland\, South Tyneside\, or Sunderland. \n\n\n\nTo attend\, you’ll need to register with the Digital Pathfinders programme\, which provides access to additional workshops\, events\, and one-to-one support. If you haven’t yet registered with the programme\, you’ll be prompted to do so after signing up. Registration details can be found at digitalpathfinders.uk. \n\n\n\nFor questions or accessibility requirements\, please email: hello@digitalpathfinders.uk \n\n\n\nPlease book via EventBrite: What’s Really Keeping Your Business Running?
