It will outline a range of employer support available to help South Tyneside businesses widen and diversify recruitment pools\, and to help retain staff in the workplace\, particularly those who may have health-related conditions. \n\n\n\nThe event will provide an update on some of the regional work and new initiatives coming into place to support employers and the workforce\, and we will hear about some of the great practices of some of our Pledge organisations. \n\n\n\nShare your business story \n\n\n\nOn booking organisations can opt in to speaking at the event\, this can be simply to introduce your organisation\, but we would warmly welcome any updates around local recruitment.
